Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the free PokéFaves favorite Pokémon picker and its sharing and image-download features.
Effective: 2026-08-09 · Version: 1.0
1. The service
PokéFaves lets you rank favorite Pokémon through quick or precise picking modes, filter the pool, create a Top 10, download a result image, and share a URL containing Pokémon IDs. No account or purchase is required for the current service.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide information you have the right to use.
- Do not infringe rights, evade safeguards, disrupt infrastructure, or misuse the service.
- Do not use share links or support messages to distribute unlawful, abusive, or personal information.
3. Results and shared links
Rankings are generated from your selections and the picker's scoring method. They are for entertainment, may change when the tool changes, and are not an official franchise ranking. Anyone with a share link can view the Pokémon IDs encoded in that URL.
4. Free use
The current service is provided without charge and has no subscription, credits, checkout, renewal, or refund process. If paid features are introduced, their terms will be disclosed before purchase.
5. Content and intellectual property
Pokémon, Pokémon character names, and related artwork remain the property or trademarks of their respective rights holders and are used under authorization. PokéFaves software, branding, layout, and original materials are protected by their respective rights. These terms do not grant you rights to reuse third-party artwork outside the service.
6. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Data sources, artwork, rankings, and features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this entertainment tool.
7. Suspension, updates, and contact
Access may be limited to protect users, rights holders, or infrastructure. We may update these terms when the service changes; the effective date and version identify the current terms. Questions can be sent through the published contact details.
